What sort of photo is needed?
A. At least 2 and
no more than 3 postcard size colour photos that show your baby's
features and characteristics clearly. These are to be submitted
along with the BabyFace online
application form by post, or preferably online. The pictures
should show your baby in a medium close up shot against a clear
background. The individuality of the baby is the key.

What format of photo is needed for the website?
A. A postcard size colour photo in JPEG
format is needed for the website. Images to upload must be of
a quality no less than 150 DPI, 600 X 700 pixels, saved as High
Quality Jpegs.

What if
I don't have digital photos or a scanner to submit pictures?
A. Although we prefer digital pictures,
you may submit up to 3 postcard size colour photos to our postal
address. Please fill out an online
application form and print to include with the pictures. Make
sure all photos are labeled clearly with your baby's name and
contact details. Also, please do not send originals as your photos
will not be returned.

What sort of work is out there for my baby?
A. Everything
from Commercials to Print Media, Theatre, Television Series and
Feature Films.

What kind of money can babies make?
A. This can range
from basic scale rates to 1000's of dollars depending on several
factors Including:

profile of the product or company the baby is presenting for

the exposure is local, national or international
How
long the baby's photo or likeness will be used

Q.
Can the public access the photos? Is it
secured?
A.
No the public cannot access the photos.
It is a secured site allowing only approved casting agents, directors
and producers to have access to all our babies' photos and details.
Each parent or guardian will be designated a username and password
to access their individual baby's photo and details only.

Q.
What happens when my baby gets a casting?
A.
If the casting agent is interested in
your baby for a job, they will contact us with the casting details.
We will then contact you and relay the casting information, including
the date, time and location of the casting, and any job details
that we have received at the time. (If available - possible shoot
dates and payment)
Unfortunately, we will not always be advised if your baby was
not chosen from the casting, and we will only contact you if they
have successfully placed a job, or have been placed on hold.

Q.
What happens when my baby gets a job?
A.
After your baby has been selected from
our site, or from a casting audition, the casting agent will contact
us for further information. We will then negotiate an appropriate
payment and contract with the potential employer, then contact
you to verify.
When the payment for the job is received by BabyFaces,
it will be processed and our commission and any service fees etc.
will be deducted. A cheque for the net amount due to the Baby
will then be issued.

What do you do to represent my BabyFace?
A. Further
to submitting our BabyFaces to the
casting agents based on the breakdowns, we are always scouting
jobs for our potential BabyFace stars.

How much will this service cost?
A. Annual
entry into Baby Faces "Electronic Talent Book" is $253.00* (includes
GST) Please note that your full payment will be refunded in full
if for any reason you change your mind within 14 days from the
date of you signing the agreement.

What do I get for this service?
A.
Once accepted for representation, you
will receive an entire year's membership (starting from the date
of the Baby's first insertion on the web site) allowing casting
agents across the nation to have access to your BabyFace
page including:
The
setup of your BabyFace membership
Your
own username and password to access your individual BabyFace
Your
BabyFace photo and details displayed
on an individual pop up window when the casting agents select
your BabyFace
Inserting
your supplied updated BabyFace photo
at 4 months and 8 months from the date of the first photo insertion.
(i.e. A total of 3 photos throughout your annual membership)

Q.
Why do I have to pay for management
representation?
A.
You are not paying for representation.
The fee covers costs including but not limited to the following:
web hosting, maintenance, staff and contractors web site work,
general overheads and administration costs etc. The fee is to
include your BabyFace in our online
electronic talent book. This is where we refer the casting agents
to see your BabyFace picture and
details.
